Welcome to 18tbajee. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and us governing your use of the 18tbajee platform. By using the platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

2Account Registration & Verification

3Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Important Payment Terms

• Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking number. Using someone else's number may result in your account being blocked.

4Betting Rules & Conditions

Please make sure you fully understand the following rules before placing a bet on 18tbajee. Betting in accordance with the rules will make for a better experience and reduce the chance of disputes.

Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — except where the Cash Out feature is available.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. Maximum limits vary depending on the event and market.
• Odds on live betting can change at any time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, bets are generally voided and stakes refunded. However, rules may differ under certain circumstances.
• For parlay/accumulator bets, all selections must be correct to win.

Result Determination

18tbajee determines betting outcomes based on official match results. For cricket, the official ICC result is final; for football, the official FIFA/UEFA result applies. If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, 18tbajee reserves the right to void that bet.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

18tbajee's bonus and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. By accepting a bonus, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of that bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only. Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you will generally need to wager the combined total of your deposit and bonus a specified number of times (wagering multiple).
• There is a set time limit to complete wagering requirements — typically between 7 and 30 days.
• Bets placed at odds below a certain threshold (generally under 1.50) do not count towards wagering requirements.

6Prohibited Activities & Fraud

• Match Fixing: Betting linked to any attempt to illegally influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder illicit funds through the 18tbajee platform.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to exploit the platform.
• Using Another Person's Details: Operating an account using another person's identity or payment details.

18tbajee uses advanced technology to detect suspicious activity. If fraud is established, all balances associated with the account in question may be permanently forfeited.

7Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your 18tbajee account at any time. Equally, 18tbajee reserves the right to close an account in the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.

Closed at User's Request

• You can request account closure by contacting our support team.
• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closing your account.
• A dedicated self-exclusion process is available as part of our responsible betting measures.

In cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity, 18tbajee reserves the right to close an account without prior notice. Whether any remaining balance is returned will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

8Limitation of Liability

Betting through the 18tbajee platform carries financial risk. You are placing bets of your own free will and at your own risk. 18tbajee accepts no liability for any losses incurred through betting.

• 18tbajee is not responsible for bets lost due to internet disconnection or device failure.
• 18tbajee is not liable for service disruptions caused by third-party server issues.
• Your maximum possible loss from betting is limited to the amount you have deposited.
